Shipping Conditions
Our secure online store ordering system is a live transaction processing system. This means that when you place an order, your details are securely made available to us and your credit card is automatically charged via PayPal. Your credit card details are then permanently discarded and not stored on any database. We will therefore require your credit card details for any future purchases.

Freight Charges
You will only be charged for the goods ordered.  Freight and insurance are free of charge within Australia. No additional handling processing or transaction fees exist. Your card is charged ONLY at the point of purchase. 
Where necessary, goods that are in stock will be shipped next day of order. Delivery is subject to variation without notice depending on courier delays. We only use quality couriers (Vic Express and Star Track) delivering door to door, all goods are insured for your protection. We do not offer pickup facilities or customer organized couriers.

Delivery & Guarantees  
If your item is in stock it can usually be dispatched the same day as your payment has been processed and should arrive at your delivery address between 2 and 7 business days. We ship using various reputable shipping companies and will require someone to be at the delivery address during normal business hours, to sign for the package.

If you have any special shipping requirements, you can write them in the Delivery Notes field on checkout. You can check your orders status on-line at anytime just by logging in with your user name and password.

We recommend a work-place delivery address for the recipient as most people are not home during the day to receive their goods. If the recipient is not home and the courier feels that it is not safe to leave the goods, you may incur a delivery fee for another delivery to be organized. Please note that deliveries ARE NOT POSSIBLE ON WEEKENDS AND/OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Where there is an issue with delivery or the condition of goods delivered, alltoners.com.au must be notified of any such issues as soon as the customer becomes aware. Items are always delivered within 2-7 business days to even the most remote locations. We therefore will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are notified outside of 10 days from the day of despatch.

Due to the size of Australia and the difficulty in delivering to certain areas, please allow the following times for delivery:

Melbourne (VIC)
Next day delivery if ordered before 12 noon (Depending on the size of the goods)
Country: 1 – 3 working days
Outer Country: 1 – 4 working days

Sydney (NSW), Hobart (TAS)
Next day delivery if ordered before 12.00 noon (Depending on the size of the goods)
Country: 1 - 3 working days
Outer Country: 1 - 4 working days

QLD, WA, SA & NT
Brisbane, Gold Coast: 4- 6 working days
Country: 6 - 9 working days

Return Conditions
alltoners.com.au has a 10 days return policy. Details of the policy are provided below for your convenience:

  • Please select your purchases carefully.  We do not accept return or exchange if the unit does not suit your requirements or you change your mind after goods already purchased and received.
  • If the goods supplied are faulty, alltoners.com.au must be notified within 7 days.  alltoners.com.au will organize pickup free of charge. The goods must be returned in the original sale condition (including all packaging). Upon return, a product replacement will be dispatched.  Freight costs will be charged if the goods are returned but are not faulty.
  • Any goods that are Dead on Arrival when opened will be replaced but the fault must be notified to us within 7 days.  A replacement will be sent out AFTER the faulty goods are delivered to us and checked with the brand`s warranty service centre (this process can take up to 14 days).
  • If a product returned as faulty or damaged is found not to be so, it will be returned to you and you will be charged a delivery fee for picking up and returning the goods.
